This is where Growing Self's agents work. Hayley Dugger runs the podcast side, Love, Happiness and Success. Mandi Rivieccio runs growth. Every agent has one room and one job.
Follow one episode as each agent hands it to the next, from guest booking to the newsletter.
One episode used to mean six windows. Hayley carried it between them by hand. When a guest wandered off their pitch, she reran the research to match what they said, then pasted the description into ChatGPT to make it sound less like a search engine wrote it.
Scroll to walk the floor. The episode rides the belt from room to room, and each agent hands it to the next one by name.
Each agent does one job and knows who comes next. The purple circles are agents. The dark circles are people, and every step that leaves the building goes through one of them.
One episode, from the guest's yes to Monday's numbers
Mandi and Lisa's side, for the therapist certification and the new site. Lead Zeppelin's job gets set at next week's lead magnets meeting.
hi

This is the plan once the studio is set up. Hayley opens it in Claude and says hi. The menu comes up, she picks a number, and that agent asks for what it needs, usually the transcript or the guest's name.
Every agent finishes with a paste-ready package and points to the next one.

"That's my part. Antie Social is up next for Hannah's clips."

"Clips and captions are ready. Nothing was published or sent."
Every job ends with a paste-ready package and the line "Nothing was published or sent." A person posts it, the same way they do today.
Before an agent goes live, Lisa marks its work yes or no, with a reason. On October 30 she put it this way. "If it's boring, it doesn't matter how well optimized it is."
Quotes, names and numbers are checked against the transcript or the source page. A fact nobody can point to stays out of the draft.
I build these for founders whose best people spend their week carrying work between tools. Your team gets names, a menu and house rules, and your people keep the final say.
